Set on a sloping block in the hills above Dunsborough, this site looks North-East across Geographe Bay and to the lights of Busselton beyond. Off the rear of the site a generous stand of Jarrah and Marri trees provide a wonderful backdrop for the building to sit against, cooling the prevailing south-westerly winds as they pass through them.The 3×1 fabABODE standard modular building design was adopted to suit these unique site conditions, with extended covered deck areas providing ample outdoor living space, connecting to internal space through corner stacking glass doors.The modular building was fabricated and sited within 4 months of achieving Building License, site works dove-tailed into this program.
