Project Description:

A Multi-Residential Development Located in the heart of the Onslow Township. The project is composed of 12 50sqm one bedroom apartment modules, all boasting large private outdoor living areas, ensuite, off-street parking, separate storerooms, landscaping and air-conditioning.

It was an achievement in its self to design a 3 storey prefabricated development in order to meet the necessary housing densities Onslow needs and is now demanding.By elevating the rear units, parking and vehicle circulation across the site is achieved. The project grows to a three storey height at the street front, where pitched balcony roofs ensure cohesion with the local streetscape character as well as providing a striking architectural feature.While ample circulation space is made through prefabricated steel walkways and a bolt-together central stairwell, perforated steel screening and thoughtful design create private and comfortable spaces.
