The 2 apartment projects in the new Landcorp subdivision, Mandurah Junction, have recently been grant unconditional Planning Approval from the City of Mandurah. Incorporating off-site modular construction techniques, the projects incorporate 8 units in a 2 storey configuration in one, and 9 units in a 3 storey configuration in the other. They have been designed to have quite differing appearances, by utilising built form and building materials in differing configurations. These 2 projects continue the a+a macliver studio’s development of pre-fabrication technologies as a viable building alternative, one that saves valuable construction time and costs to the site developers.
