Project Description:

A new oceanfront executive apartment project for Elberton Property, in response to the ever-growing demand for housing in the Onslow Township, which has becoming a major hub for the North West LNG industry. The project will have ocean views and a central town location. It spans over two large lots, taking advantage of the existing right of way for entry. Onslow Oceanfront will consist of 18 one and two-bedroom apartments with six commercial units in the first purpose built mixed commercial and residential development in the Onslow Township. The 50sqm one-bedroom apartments and the 60sqm two bedroom apartments include off-street parking, separate storerooms, balconies, courtyards, landscaping and air-conditioning. Each apartment or commercial tenancy has been designed as an independent module to be fully constructed and completed off-site and transported to the remote town. The modules are spaced and stacked to create a homogenous final form that will positively contribute to the rapidly changing built environment of Onslow.
