Perfect for a holiday house in the bush or beachside locations it is also a great choice for your permanent contemporary residence. The use of established construction techniques and materials allows for an affordable and cost- efficient solution to the long-term delays experienced in the Western Australian building market.

All fabABODE designs are architecturally designed and fully prefabricated. Being finished in-factory instead of on-site ensures the highest of building standards through quality control and resolution of design details and interior selection, as can be expected from an award winning architecturally designed home. Prefabrication also minimises the expense of on-site works and costs- particularly an issue in remote areas.

FabABODE homes can be delivered usually within 10- 12 weeks (after all shire approvals and licenses have been obtained) almost anywhere in Western Australia. We have a variety of floor plans for you to choose from, ranging from 1 bed/studio modules to 4 bed/ 2 bath/ 2 living area homes. We have included our “standard” floor plans for you to see, but have a variety of other designs that we can show you as examples of how “standard” designs can be modified to suit particular client requests. As our designs are modular we can add and subtract modules to create a home that works for you.

All our designs are priced as completely finished* and delivered homes (pricing based on  a 200km radius of Perth). You receive a beautifully fully finished home with all items in the building completed and included – ie; all interior and exterior painting, floor coverings, power points, cabinetry, light-fittings, flyscreens, door hardware etc.
